By accessing the Site, requesting quotes, submitting inquiries, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Services Overview

We provide warehouse layout design (CAD layouts, racking configurations), engineering & permitting (stamped drawings, code compliance), project management & turnkey solutions, safety inspections, pallet rack installation, and rack repairs. Services may involve site visits, vendor coordination, and compliance with local codes.

Use of Site

You may use the Site to request consultations, view projects/products, or contact us. Prohibited: unauthorized scraping, spamming, or infringing IP.

Intellectual Property

Site content, designs, CAD files, project plans, and proprietary tools are owned by Projecta Solutions LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. Client-specific deliverables are licensed for your internal use only; no resale or redistribution.

Payments & Quotes

Quotes are non-binding estimates. Payments via agreed methods (wire, check, ACH). Late payments incur monthly interest. Deposits may be required for projects/installations.

Project Execution

Turnkey projects follow agreed scopes, timelines, and budgets.
Changes require written approval (change orders).
Delays due to client, permits, or force majeure extend timelines without liability.
Final walkthrough required for project closeout.

Warranties & Liability

Services provided “as-is” with reasonable care. We warrant installations/repairs comply with codes at completion. No implied warranties. Liability limited to service fees paid. No consequential damages (downtime, lost profits). Indemnity: You hold us harmless from claims arising from your site conditions, materials, or instructions.

Termination

We may terminate access/services for breach. Projects terminate per contract. Surviving provisions: IP, payments, liability, indemnity.

Links to partners (e.g., racking suppliers) are not endorsed. We assume no responsibility for third-party content/policies.

Governing Law

Governed by laws of Texas, USA. Disputes in Harris County, Texas courts.

Changes

We may update terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
